The Accuracy Dilemma: My Candid Review of Originality AI

Originality.AI provides a straightforward and user-friendly solution for AI and plagiarism detection, and it excels in this area.

I decided to put it to the test by analyzing articles that I knew were written by AI, some that I had doubts about, and even one that I personally composed using a blend of my own writing and paragraphs from an AI writing tool. Each time, Originality.AI delivered accurate results.

I attempted to utilize the Google Chrome extension, although I couldn't obtain an actual Originality score. However, based on my experience, I could tell that the comprehensive report would have been immensely beneficial.

To maintain organization, it's important to note that Originality.AI doesn't automatically assign names to the scans. This is a small detail that I would recommend addressing.

While there are a few minor improvements I'd like to see (none of which are dealbreakers), having previously used other plagiarism checkers and AI detectors, I believe it would be valuable to have the option to upload a document for analysis and receive a more detailed report.
